Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed bolsters are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Prenatal massage is a great way to benefit mom through all stages of pregnancy. The increased stress on mom's body can produce strained muscles, aches and pains. Massage may reduce anxiety and sleeplessness.

Stretch Therapy

Movement is medicine for our bodies. Stretch improves your mobility and flexibility. Including both Active and Passive participation results in positive experience. Combine stretch into your day for an overall wellness experience.

Aromatherapy

Add another depth to your relaxation during your massage by choosing a hand-crafted lotion with an essential oil. There is a scent for most and unscented is always an option.

Heat adds another option to soothe muscles along side of massage. Enhance relaxation, increase blood circulation, and help with pain, soreness, and stiffness. Moist heat penetrates deeper into tissue, a good tool for chronic and acute pain and discomfort.

Combine stretch into your day for an overall wellness experience. Improve flexibility and mobility with simple stretches. Incorporating stretch into your massage is a good way to benefit with an overall experience of both relaxation and flexibility.

Please note that this addition will adjust the massage session so that it is incorporated as part of the session time.

Cupping

Dynamic and Static cupping are combined with massage to create an experience that may ease pain. Associated with a deeper massage. Hot pack not available.

Include cupping into your chosen session period for a different approach. Not available with Prenatal or Stretch.

K-Tape

Coming Soon

A flexible, cotton-based athletic tape designed to mimic skin elasticity, providing support for muscles without limiting range of motion. It may reduce pain, swelling, and bruising by lifting the skin to improve circulation.

One area may take 10 minutes at $10 each.

Chair Massage Event

Are you an event organizer or employer seeking a great way to show appreciation? Chair massage is a fantastic option. Perfect for Employee Appreciation Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, workshops, festivals, corporate events, conferences, meetings, Company Wellness Programs, or even to add to Bridal Party. The possibilities are endless with a chair massage due to the small space required and the 10/15 minute session with each person. It is a simple, yet effective, way to create relaxation during a stressful event!

$130/hour plus travel with a two hour minimum booking

Cancellation Policy

**Please note my payment and cancellation policy is as follows**

In the event of a cancellation within a 24-hour window or a no-show, client will be sent an invoice to be paid. 100% charge for a no-show or cancellation. If not paid, all future appointments will be canceled or prohibited. Rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment requires a fee of 50% of session.

All other payments will be taken at the time of service. Payments accepted are cash, credit cards, FSA, and Zelle.
